At Ghani Al Oud, we want you to be absolutely in love with your scent. We understand that choosing a perfume online can be tricky. That’s why Ghulam Dastagir offers a unique 7-Day Refund and Exchange Policy. If the fragrance doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery (arrival) to request a refund or exchange.
- Minor Use Allowed: We allow you to open the perfume and test it. Even if there is minor use, you can still return it if you are not satisfied with the fragrance
- Condition: The bottle and original packaging must be kept safe and returned along with the perfume.
2. REFUND PROCESS
- Method of Refund: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we provide refunds via Cash or Bank Transfer once the product is received and inspected.yoUR payment will Refund 15 Working Days
- Shipping Costs: Please note that the return shipping charges will be paid by the client/customer.
- Return Location: The product must be sent back through the same courier service office as per our instructions.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
- Stock Availability: You can exchange your perfume for any other fragrance in our collection, subject to stock availability.
- Price Difference: If the new perfume has a different price, the balance will either be paid by the customer or refunded by us.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Arrival Guarantee: If your perfume bottle arrives damaged or broken, don't worry! We offer a full refund or immediate replacement for damaged items reported within the 7-day window.
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return or exchange, simply follow these easy steps:

- Provide your Order ID and the reason for return.
- Pack the bottle securely and drop it off at the designated courier office.
